    Hahaha nice stuff.

Heh. This hit home with impeccably eerie timing. After over 35 years of collecting comics, I stopped last year. It has been over a year and a half since I bought a comic…until yesterday. I was sick and tired of the same, old retread stories, reboots and latest uber-shock for the minimal spike in sales. Heck, comics in general are so terrible, they can’t ride the monolithic wave of interest brought to them by Hollywood. After perusing and eventually purchasing the last two installments of Image’s “The Great Unknown”, I broke what seemed to be my emotional and financial strike against a genre that I have loved since childhood.

I’m currently checking out Moore’s beautifully drawn and told “Echo” to satisfy my “spandex and capes” fix. I guess we can go back home, albeit with a suspicious, brow-furrowed, sideways peek.

But Jeff Parker’s First Class books were good.
