It wasn't the one I remember seeing solicited either. It really seemed like the folks at DC were just laughing at the fans who were responding negetivly to yet another death for the Titans. First of all, the Green Lantern Ch’p was killed when he was run over by a (yellow) truck.

And secondly, don’t be stupid. It’s IRRELEVANT whether meaningless and lame deaths are “realistic”. They’re still meaningless and lame, and at the end of the day, that’s not good storytelling. Fiction has the prerogative to be unrealistic when it improves the story.
