I liked Geoff John’s first few digs at this “comedy fact” when Aquaman got relaunched. Then he laid it on so think that I actually started feeling resentful and wanted to tell Aquaman to go talk to some fish. (those “first few digs”, by the way, happen in the early pages of the very first issue. Then it just… it just didn’t stop for like five months.)
Actually, it’s “If the fish in question is smart enough” but most of the fish smart enough to ‘talk’ aren’t really fish.
Although he could probably talk with Nemo and his dad… not Cora tho =)
