Wow! I can actually get the entirety of this joke. We’re actually just getting Civil War here in England. I must say I agree with Brian up there. Civil War, by comparison to most Superhero comics, is tackling genuine world issues such as when is it right to break the law for personal freedoms (Never) and when is the governments’ schemes to protect its citizens invading privacy too much? Yada yada and etc etc.
So yeah, Civil War is actually a good crossover event that was handled intelligently and is keeping me gripped.
yeah…joke went riiight over Your head there….it’s uumm, been in EngLand for the same amount of time?…at Least to my knowLedge and readings…
i did Like CiviL War though…but yeah… i get sLack Like that from peopLe such as “Brian” constantLy…more for stiLL having the stigmas of being one of the onLy girLs in the comic shop…
reminds me of a friend who told me he was into sophisticated adult comics like Dark Knight and Watchmen. I loaned him David Boring and blew his little mind.
[…] There’s also a lot of fun to be had with Brian, an employee at Marissa’s bookstore who’s so clueless about comics that our two leads a typically straining at their reins from busting out in a nerd […]

We have reprint series that are usually a couple of years behind in this country. I think most people import, though, for convienience’s sake.
