Oh, poor Joyce. She could do so much better than Josh. I like all the layers the art adds to the dialogue: Josh *is* sincerely sorry! And judging from Joyce’s slightly softened expression (oooh, the art), she knows he really is sorry! But it doesn’t make Josh any less annoying to her.

I sometimes wish I could write for these characters. I can relate to their idiosyncrasies and that dreaded early to mid 20’s social awkward vortex.
